- The June 23, 1933 issue of the International Herald Tribune reported that "Mrs. Margaret G. Biele, 66, of New York, and her daughter, Miss Elizabeth Biele, are recovering at the American Hospital from painful injuries suffered in an automobile accident last Wednesday at Bagatelle, Bois de Boulogne, it was learned yesterday."
