- The Irish artist Brigid Macnaghten was the daughter of Sir Malcolm Martin Macnaghten (1869 – 1955), and the sister of lending library member Mary Macnaghten. In 1933, Brigid married the German photojournalist and resistance fighter Willi Jungmittag (1908 – 1944).
